As a community service, the Loudonville
Public Library makes its meeting rooms available for use by community
groups when they are not being used for library related activities.
Meeting rooms are available to the public for business, civic, cultural,
charitable or educational programs.

The calendar schedule has been provided to help those wishing to
check the availability of meeting rooms.

Please
remember that this schedule is updated on a regular basis, but may not
reflect new bookings.

The community
meeting rooms may be utilized by non-profit and commercial organizations.
Commercial organizations
may use the community rooms for a fee established by the library Board
of Trustees. The library administration will provide staff support
during the posted community meeting room hours. If the library administration
is unable to provide a staff member in the building for a requested time
the meeting cannot be held. The fee will be an amount as established by the
library Board of Trustees.

The community rooms are available during the following hours:

10:00 am - 9:30 pm
Wednesday & Friday
10:00 am - 5:30 pm
Saturday
10:00 am - 3:30 pm

(419) 994-5531 for room availability. All those interested in
reserving a room must complete a Meeting Room Agreement and agree to
the library's condition of use policy.
