The Golden Center is a project
between the Loudonville Public Library, Catholic Charities, and the
Ashland County Council on Aging. The Golden Center provides a focal point
for disseminating information to older adults including legislative
updates, advocacy efforts, and health and safety alerts. By providing an
opportunity for intergenerational activity, youth and older adults are
joined together. Seniors age 60 and above are welcome at all events and
meetings.
Ashland County Council on Aging provides meals on
Wednesdays and Fridays. Please call
(419) 281-1477 one day in advanced for meal reservations. Those
interested can contact the Council on Aging for local van information
and scheduling.
For more information regarding the Golden Center
please contact Celia Robles, Program Coordinator, at Catholic Charities
(419) 289-1903. |
