Golden Buckeye Card Registration

Ohioans age 60 and above, as well as those individuals of any age who are disabled as defined by Social Security, are eligible to receive a Golden Buckeye Card.  The Golden Buckeye Card is honored at businesses throughout the state and helps you to save money through discounts and other incentives.  Generally a card is mailed to eligible individuals in the month of their 60th birthday, assuming those individuals have a drivers license or other form of state ID.

If you have not received a Golden Buckeye Card and think that you should, you can fill out an application at the library that staff will fax to the Ohio Department of Aging so that you can receive your card as soon as possible.  Please bring proof of age and/or proof of disability with you when you come to apply.  Please Contact Us with any questions or concerns.
