School Loan Request-Youth Services

• Materials check out for four weeks.
• A maximum of 50 items may be checked out.
• The number of books on any given subject may be limited in order to meet the needs of all patrons.
• Please include the age/grade level of students in your class.
• Please allow 48 hours for the preparation of your school loan.
