The members of the Board of
Trustees of the Loudonville Public Library serve seven year terms and as a
school district library are appointed by the Loudonville-Perrysville Board
of Education. The Board of Trustees meetings are held on the fourth
Wednesday of the month at 5:30 pm in the conference room of the
Loudonville Public Library. All Board of Trustee meetings are open to the
public.
The
purpose of the Loudonville Public Library is to select, make
available and maintain resources, in a variety of formats, meeting
the educational, informational, and recreational needs of our
community. The Loudonville Public Library offers this service to all
persons and exists to stimulate ideas and learning, and to enhance
the quality of life for those we serve.
