Meeting Rooms & Friends Cafe
Within the library there are two meeting rooms on the lower level and a Friends Cafe on the main floor. The two meeting rooms (A and B) can be reserved and used by individuals, groups, businesses, and organizations interested in hosting a meeting or event at the library. Meeting Room B is attached to a functioning kitchen. The Friends Cafe is perfect for small meetings of book clubs or other groups interested in a cozy gathering.
Use of the rooms is free for non-profit groups, but commercial entities will be charged a fee established by the library's Board of Trustees. All library programs will be given priority over outside events or programs. Please contact Mary Mould (mouldma@loudonvillelibrary.org) for the rooms' availability.
